Position: Technical Customer Care Specialist - Telemedicine(Contract)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide customer support for Telemedicine services, addressing questions and resolving technical issues
  • Assist with equipment installations, software configurations, and troubleshooting for veterinary products
  • Determine customer needs and provide solutions while coordinating with team members
  • Maintain ongoing customer satisfaction and foster strong customer relationships
  • Support quality management systems and compliance requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a technical customer support environment or working in a veterinary practice
  • Strong phone skills with the ability to establish rapport with customers
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and troubleshooting Windows PC connectivity and software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Android and iOS App connectivity and workflow
  • Analytical skills for effective problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Ability to manage technical record-keeping efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
