- Support quality management systems and compliance requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a technical customer support environment or working in a veterinary practice
- Strong phone skills with the ability to establish rapport with customers
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and troubleshooting Windows PC connectivity and software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly
- Experience with Android and iOS App connectivity and workflow
- Analytical skills for effective problem-solving and issue resolution
- Ability to manage technical record-keeping efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
