At Obakki, we’re more than just a luxury brand with an online store—we’re a purpose-driven home goods and lifestyle company committed to connecting people through modern design that is both meaningful and intentional. Every piece we curate is handcrafted in collaboration with world-class artisans—real people whose craft infuses your home with connection and purpose.

Are you driven by purpose? Do you thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment where your ideas truly matter? We’re looking for innovative thinkers with the passion and determination to make a lasting impact on our company and our mission.

At Obakki, your qualifications are only part of the equation. What matters most is your passion for change and your ability to make things happen.

OVERVIEW

As the Operations + Ecommerce Support Specialist at Obakki Designs, you will play a critical role in supporting the operational backbone of the business. This role sits at the intersection of product operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and ecommerce execution—ensuring that our products move accurately and efficiently from creation to customer.

You will support end-to-end product and operational workflows, from SKU setup and inventory management to purchase orders, logistics coordination, and site readiness. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with an appreciation for design-led brands and thoughtfully made products. You are comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure systems, data, and workflows are accurate, aligned, and launch-ready—supporting new collections, ongoing replenishment, and a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, takes ownership of execution, and brings a continuous improvement mindset to both product operations and ecommerce support.
