Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Systems Engineer

Our client, a Vancouver-based enterprise organization, has recently completed a strategic acquisition and is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology integration efforts for an IT Integration. This individual will act as the central point of coordination across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications to ensure a seamless post-acquisition transition.

This role starts as an initial 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension. The position requires 3 days per week onsite in Vancouver.

• Lead the IT integration workstream following a recent acquisition, ensuring alignment across all technology domains
• Coordinate Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Software, and related teams into one consolidated integration effort
• Develop and manage an integration roadmap, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Drive alignment across multiple internal teams and external partners to ensure accountability and progress
• Establish governance, reporting cadence, and executive-level visibility throughout the integration lifecycle
• Identify dependencies, risks, and change impacts across enterprise systems

• Proven experience leading IT work streams within M&A or post-acquisition integration environments
• Strong background managing cross-functional technology initiatives (Cyber, Infrastructure, Applications, ERP, etc.)
• Ability to operate in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable driving structure and clarity within ambiguous or fast-moving situations
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset

The estimated pay rate for this position is CAD $90 to CAD $110 per hour as of the posting date. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training.
