** Role
* * We are seeking an Information Technology (IT) Operations Manager to join our Information Technology Team. In this role, you will be responsible for The role is based at our Vancouver office and reports to the VP of Information Technology. Occasional travel to other LAC offices, project sites, or vendor locations may be required.
** Key Responsibilities
** Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance frameworks including SOX, data privacy regulations, and mining industry-specific compliance mandates. Builds and maintains trusted relationships across all teams while championing a culture that reflects and supports our Purpose, Vision, and Values.

Perform other duties as assigned.
** Required Qualifications
** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science. Equivalent experience with supporting industry certifications may be considered

Minimum 10 years progressive experience in Information Technology service delivery Highly effective organizational skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
