Role: XStore Technical Project Manager.
Location:
Vancouver, British Columbia (Onsite).
Duration: 12+ Months.
Job Description:
- This role bridges technical teams and business stakeholders to drive, manage project scope, timelines, and budgets for retail store systems, often requiring 10+ years of IT experience with specific Xstore or POS.
- Project Leadership: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, creating detailed project plans and schedules.
- Xstore Implementation: Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle Xstore, Xcenter, and related POS application deployments.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Lead teams including developers, architects, and QA to ensure seamless integration, including payment solutions (EFT-Link).
- Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on technical specifications, system configurations, and gap analysis between business needs and Xstore functionality.
- Risk & Resource Management: Identify project risks, mitigate issues, and manage resource allocation to keep projects on track.
