Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As a Senior Integration Engineer – Operations and take ownership of the platforms that keep our business running seamlessly. You’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring systems remain stable, responsive, and resilient under all conditions. This role offers the chance to collaborate with development and release teams to anticipate changes, validate deployments, and safeguard production environments. You’ll work closely with stakeholders during incident resolution, while also identifying opportunities to automate routine tasks and contribute to AI-driven solutions that enhance backend support and enable smarter, faster troubleshooting.
With on-call responsibilities and a focus on high-impact problem solving, this role puts you at the heart of our mission-critical systems and offers a real opportunity to shape how we deliver value.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at Vancity head office. Our head office is based in Vancouver, but we are open to candidates in BC and Ontario. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands when needed.
How You'll Make an Impact:
:
Monitor, diagnose, and resolve production issues across the integration platform stack, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution of critical incidents.
:
Provide after-hours, weekend, and on-call support for critical production issues, ensuring 24/7 availability of the integration platforms.
:
Develop operational playbooks and automation scripts to improve reliability and response times; maintain accurate troubleshooting guides and system documentation, and share knowledge across teams.
