We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the performance of our digital experience — leading our website and driving growth through digital campaigns, SEO, and conversion optimization. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves combining brand storytelling with data-driven marketing and customer-first digital experience.
A key priority in this role will be leading the launch of a new Shopify website rebuild in partnership with our agency - ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned with our approachable luxury brand standards.

Optimize our website experience (content, landing pages, promotions, UX improvements)Improve conversion across key actions: appointment bookings, consultations, and inquiriesLead the Shopify rebuild and launch with our agency partner (timelines, deliverables, QA, tracking, SEO migration)Support performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, retargeting, and email (with agency support)Support SEO strategy and content optimizationReport on performance and insights using GA4/GTM and dashboardsWhat You Bring
8+ years experience in digital marketing + website management (retail/e-commerce preferred)Strong Shopify experienceHands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta AdsStrong understanding of SEO, analytics, and conversion optimizationAbility to manage agency partners and cross-functional stakeholdersStrong eye for premium digital experience and customer journeyWhy You’ll Love This Role

The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum. Pay ranges are established based on work location and market standards for the applicable position. The successful candidates starting pay rate will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
