About the Role:
Conexiom is seeking a Director, Professional Services to lead customer onboarding, implementation, and billable services while driving the transformation of how services are delivered. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for ensuring customers achieve rapid time-to-value and sustained success from Conexiom’s solutions, while modernizing services to scale efficiently and intelligently.
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this role leads a team of experienced services professionals who manage complex, cross-functional implementations and onboarding engagements. The Director partners closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering and other key stakeholders to solution delivery, leveraging automation, data, and AI where it meaningfully improves speed, quality, and outcomes.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment and enjoys building future-ready services organizations.

Own customer onboarding and implementation to ensure consistent delivery of value across enterprise and scaled customer segments.Serve as a senior-level escalation point for complex onboarding and implementation challenges, including technical and integration-related risks, guiding resolution and aligning stakeholders on outcomes.Champion outcome-driven, repeatable service delivery models that accelerate time-to-value and ensures customers are set up for long-term success.Lead the transformation of services delivery from legacy and manual approaches to scalable, modern models.Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, systems, and governance to ensure quality, consistency, and predictability.Oversee Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope definition, approvals, and governance.Ensure service deliverables are well documented and technical best practices are consistently applied.Forecast demand and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, including resource constraints and project delays.Partner with Product and Engineering to align services innovation with platform capabilities, APIs, integration patterns, and roadmap priorities.Foster a culture of ownership, adaptability, and continuous improvement.Use data and insights to inform prioritization, performance management, and operational decisions.Present results, risks, and transformation progress to executive leadership and broader company audiences as needed.Experience and Capabilities:
10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years leading professional services or implementation teams in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.Proven experience modernizing or transforming services organizations, including introducing automation, AI, or scalable delivery models.Strong program, project, and consultative leadership skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.Excellent communication skills and executive presence; comfortable engaging with customers and senior stakeholders.Track record of executing on strategy, leading through change, and delivering measurable results.Working knowledge of common ERP platforms (such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, or similar) and how SaaS platforms integrate with a practical understanding of APIs, data integrations, and file-based integrations (EDI, XML, CSV, JSON).Experience partnering with technical architects, integration engineers, and customer IT teams to guide solution delivery and blocker resolution.Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or B2B transaction environments is an asset.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Conexiom is a high-growth, high energy environment led by its employee-empowered culture.
