Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Advisor to lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

This role requires deep functional and technical expertise across multiple HCM modules and the ability to architect and present comprehensive transformation strategies to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner of Oracle Cloud HCM within the ERP ecosystem.
• Lead product selection assessments and prepare design proposals aligned with business needs and timelines.
• Make strategic recommendations and decisions that significantly impact project outcomes.
• Architect Oracle Cloud HCM transformation solutions and present them to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead the design and development of assets, accelerators, offerings, and differentiators in the HCM space.

• 8–10 years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Expert-level understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and end-to-end HR business processes.
• Functional expertise in multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules, such as:
• Global HR
• Absence
• Compensation
• Time & Labor
• Talent Management
• Learning
• Payroll
• Experience leading at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes across various industries.
• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
• Ability to develop and refine estimating models and methodologies.
• Proven ability to address client queries and present complex solutions clearly.
