Job Description & How to Apply Below
Bloom is a full-service workplace design consultancy representing Huha on their search for a eCommerce Manager to join their team. As Talent Advisors, we will be the liaison between our Huha and yourself during this recruitment process. We do not use fancy tech to search through resumes at Bloom; every resume is reviewed by a human to ensure that we attain a consistent and equitable interview process.

You will directly join our client’s team if you are selected as the successful candidate. We look forward to seeing your application!-------Huha is an underwear brand making healthier, comfier skin-layer basics that encourage one’s sense of body positivity and self-love. In the process of creating what is better for our bodies and minds, we are creating a better world, too.

We believe that everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their skin. For too long, we’ve been trained to think that the way we look is more important than the way we feel, and we’re on a mission to change that.

We are a small but dedicated team with great ambitions. As a fast-growing startup, we believe that if we set our minds to a unified goal and work together to achieve it, the moon is the limit. Since our inception, we have doubled our growth year-over-year, given back to dozens of wonderful charities, and garnered tens of thousands of loyal customers who believe what we believe: that comfort is more important than vanity.

Huha is on a mission to create healthier, more comfortable garments that improve one’s sense of body positivity and self-love. Our values guide our work, and our mission guides our values.
About the Role
Reporting to the VP, eCommerce & Digital Marketing (and partnering closely with Customer Care, Operations, Brand and Product), the eCommerce Manager is responsible for our DTC website performance and functionality, content and merchandising, and how it evolves over time. You’re equally comfortable supporting strategy for a best-in-class online shopping experience and rolling up your sleeves in Shopify to bring it to life.

This is our first dedicated eCommerce hire, making it a standout opportunity for someone excited to build, shape, and scale the function from the ground up. You thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments, bring a sharp merchandising eye, and are driven by turning great products and storytelling into real results—higher conversion, stronger product performance, and happier customers.

You love digging into data, experimenting and testing on-site, and working cross-functionally to continuously improve the experience. For you, the sweet spot is where brand, creativity, and commerce meet—and you know how to make that intersection perform.

The Opportunity

  • Website Management & Merchandising
  • Own the end-to-end performance and day-to-day management of the DTC & B2B websites.
  • Lead site merchandising strategy and execution, including homepage, collection pages, PDPs, navigation, and onsite discovery.
  • Manage the product catalog end-to-end: product setup, categorization, tagging, pricing, imagery, descriptions, and ongoing optimization.
  • Own the eCommerce content calendar and briefing process, ensuring the right assets are available and deployed to support launches, promotions, and seasonal updates.
  • Partner closely with Brand and Creative to translate campaigns and storytelling into high-performing onsite experiences.
  • Own all product feeds that support eComm and marketing channels.
  • Responsible for maintenance and optimization of app shopping platforms (ex. Shopapp, Tik Tok Shops, Meta Shops, etc.)
  • Own content and product for future marketplaces such as Amazon.
  • Manage eComm apps and vendors (ex. Reviews, loyalty, referral, etc.)
  • Oversee & manage development sprint boards and developer output.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization & UX/UI
  • Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) and add-to-cart performance across the site.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests across merchandising, content, UX/UI tools, and promotions.
  • Leverage onsite tools (, Nosto, Rebuy, reviews, referrals, loyalty) to improve discovery, personalization, and customer experience.
  • Identify friction points in the shopping journey and drive continuous improvements…
