Job Description   Who You’ll Work With
We are seeking world-class Software Test Engineers to help build our next-generation network management system. The role requires broad knowledge of computer network design, configuration, and monitoring in various environments (e.g., data-center, enterprise, service provider). You will be part of a team working on state streaming, big data, and advanced analytics technologies, aiming to help network operation teams manage large networks efficiently and overcome challenges with our provisioning and telemetric solutions, for both on-premise and cloud deployments.
What You’ll Do
Design and execute system-level test cases for our management system, focusing on scale and performance in strenuous environments.
Collaborate with the development team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, often using automation tools.
Write detailed bug reports, characterizing system failures and their impact on customers.
Assist Technical Support in reproducing, debugging, and resolving customer-reported issues.
Contribute to the development of intuitive GUIs and APIs to enhance user experience.
Qualifications   BSc in CS, CE, EE, or related field with 3+ years of experience, or MS in telecommunications, computer networking, etc.
Experience in designing, managing, and troubleshooting IP and Ethernet networks.
Knowledge of 3+ networking protocols/technologies (e.g., BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, MPLS, EVPN).

Experience with Linux and technologies like KVM, Docker, Kubernetes, Hadoop.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or TCL.

Experience with provisioning frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) is a plus.
Additional Information  The base pay range is $95,000 to $145,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. Additional benefits include bonuses, equity, medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, income protection, and retirement plans. Details will be provided during the hiring process.
