As a data storyteller, the Best Buy Ads marketing reporting and insights specialist will help shape how advertising campaigns are measured and deliver clear, insightful campaign results to our client partners. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling with data, is highly analytical, and has significant hands-on experience using digital marketing platforms to drive retail outcomes. We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

- Prepare campaign reporting for flagship campaigns and seasonal event vendor programs, weaving stories from data and translating results into clear narratives and recommendations.
- Review dashboards and reporting outputs from Adobe Analytics, GA4, Power BI, and publisher platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and key takeaways.
- Synthesize performance across the full suite of ad products—including onsite, app, offsite, CRM, and in-store tactics—to deliver holistic, insight-driven views of campaign effectiveness and business impact.
- Translate insights into a cohesive narrative and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain standardized advertiser reporting templates and SOPs for all Best Buy Ads campaigns.
- Lead training and teach outs to all stakeholders, including Partner Marketing, Partner Success, digital retail and channel marketing teams.
- Work closely with the Audience team to incorporate audience segmentation and insights into campaign reporting so that advertisers can directly see the value of leveraging Best Buy’s first party data.
- Work with leadership to develop the roadmap for advertiser campaign measurement and self-serve reporting and insights, including KPIs, measurement approaches and tooling.
- 5+ years of progressive digital media planning & buying experience, including programmatic display, Retail Media and/or DSP/SSP.
- Advanced knowledge and experience working with Adobe Analytics, GA4 and BI Tools (Power BI, Looker and/or Tableau).
- Excellent knowledge of digital advertising measurement best practices and KPIs and hands-on experience working in a variety of digital advertising and reporting platforms.
- Experience with hypothesis testing (a/b tests and incrementality tests) and T-Tests.

Annualized Compensation Range
$78,000.00 - $83,000.00
Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
