The Role

We’re hiring a Sales Representative to join our growth team and close new monthly retainers in the $4K–$20K+ range. You’ll own inbound leads (with some outbound), run high-trust sales conversations with startup founders and CMOs, and help guide them into long-term client engagements with Roveir. This is a closing role - we’re not looking for an appointment setter or junior SDR.

You'll be expected to lead calls, navigate objections, and help refine the sales process as we scale.

What You'll Do
  • Run discovery and sales calls with warm inbound leads (qualified via marketing, referrals, and the founder’s brand)
  • Close high-ticket retainers ($4K-$20K+ monthly)
  • Manage deals inside our CRM (Hub Spot) with strong follow-up and clear pipeline hygiene
  • Collaborate with the founder and performance team to improve pitch angles and value props
  • Help refine sales scripts, Loom flows, proposal decks, and objection-handling assets
  • Support hiring junior (BDR, SDR)
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience selling agency services (paid media, creative, email & SMS, funnel strategy, etc.)
  • A track record of closing multiple service retainers
  • Strong communication and discovery skills - especially with startup founders and CMOs
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote team
  • Familiarity with tools like Hub Spot, Slack etc

Compensation
  • OTE (base + performance commissions): CAD $85,000 - $120,000+ CAD annually
