We’re hiring a Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator who’s fresh out of university and excited to work with AI-powered marketing, video, email campaigns, and webinars

This is not a traditional marketing role. You’ll be exposed to state-of-the-art email infrastructure responsible for 2M+ content sends
, live and on-demand webinars, and AI-driven personalization at scale.

This is an in-person role in our Vancouver office
, working closely with marketing, partnerships, and leadership.

, working closely with marketing, partnerships, and leadership.

• Coordinate and support webinars from setup to follow-up
• Help run email marketing campaigns at scale (segmentation, scheduling, QA, reporting)
• Work inside an advanced system powering millions of compliant sends
• Support partner campaigns and co-branded initiatives
• Use AI tools to help create and optimize:
  • Email copy
  • Video marketing content
  • Webinar promotions
• Track performance and help improve engagement and conversions

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Recent graduate or graduating soon
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Curious about AI, video, and modern digital marketing
• Fast learner who’s comfortable with new tools
• Able to work full-time, in-office in Vancouver

Nice to Have

• Business school background
• Exposure to email marketing or marketing automation
• Interest in analytics, video, or AI-assisted marketing
