Position Summary

We’re looking for a Visual & Digital Designer who combines creativity, strategy, and emerging technology to elevate how we tell our story across every channel. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience crafting visual identities and campaigns across digital, print, and web, and is excited about how AI and generative tools can enhance creative workflows.

You’ll join a high-performing marketing team that values collaboration, innovation, and curiosity. Working closely with writers, strategists, and developers, you’ll bring bold ideas to life through brand campaigns, social content, website experiences, and event design.

This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our Mount Pleasant office in Vancouver, with three in-office days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Design and produce creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns, including digital ads, web pages, social media, presentations, videos, tradeshow materials, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visuals that drive engagement.
  • Explore AI and generative design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL
