• Conduct functional planning and scoping sessions with project stakeholders
• Design and implement hardware, software, and data integration solutions
• Coordinate day‑to‑day details for client implementations
• Develop and manage technology deployment strategies
• Facilitate end‑user training and support during project closures

• Undergraduate degree or technical diploma
• Minimum of 2 years of software deployment experience
• Proven experience handling enterprise‑level customer projects
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills
• Technical experience with computer and network architecture, database schematics, APIs, and SQL

• Experience with ACTIVE’s software solutions
• Business experience in markets such as Ski & Attractions, Government, Parks and Recreation, Education, or Not for Profit
• Project management experience
• Certifications or professional designations related to technology deployment
