The Senior UKG Ready Solution Consultant will lead clients through the successful implementation of UKG HCM solutions.
Job Description:
Act as the Senior Solution Consultant, Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Mentor in Pay Tech’s UKG Systems Implementations Practice for all new UKG Ready client implementations in the Time, HR, Payroll, Benefits and Talent and Compensation modules. Elicit requirements, build and test all module components of UKG Ready including:
- UKG Ready Time
- UKG Ready Accruals
- UKG Ready People Insights
- UKG Ready ACA Manager
- UKG Ready HR
- UKG Ready Compensation Manager
- UKG Ready Performance Management
- UKG Scheduler
- UKG Leave Manager
- UKG Ready Payroll
- UKG Ready Integration Hub
Key Responsibilities:
- Completes Subscription Services configuration life cycle per UKG’s Launch™
- Completes a thorough client discovery to guide the client through configuration recommendations.
- Acts as UKG Ready best-practices SME and senior configuration lead.
- Partners with the UKG Ready Project Manager to execute the implementation plan, coordinating a multi-module project build on a unified timeline.
- Works with third-party vendors to set up Carrier Connections.
- Provides product expertise as a technical consultant on new client demos and existing client module add-ons.
- Trains users on system navigation and basic functionality; creates training and/or other collateral documentation as necessary.
- Maintains knowledge of product applications to effectively create custom reports, interfaces and processes, supporting third party software.
- Stays current on the latest UKG enhancements and newly released functionality.
- Provides advanced technical service and support in troubleshooting and resolving customer software concerns, ensuring all products and applications are functioning correctly.
- Researches and resolves client implementation issues in a timely manner to optimize client experience and satisfaction.
- Prepares and maintains required project and meeting documentation for implementation projects.
- Supports Pay Tech’s UKG Systems Integrations Practice Manager in driving UKG Ready best practice strategies.
- Supports Pay Tech UKG Practice Lead in reviewing, updating and deploying UKG Ready enablement artefacts.
- Supports Pay Tech UKG Practice Lead in UKG Ready consulting efforts, i.e. commercial estimation and quoting.
- Acts as a Senior Mentor to the UKG Ready Consulting Pods.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in UKG Ready HR implementations.
- Proven track record of project management including the ability to meet project timelines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients in non-technical terms.
- Ability to work independently or collaborate with team members based on the scope of the project.
- Ability to plan work activities, use time efficiently and work within deadlines to hit target go-live for clients.
- Ability to work as a self-starter to readjust priorities based on changing demands and organize resources to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Ability to collaborate and effective in working with different leadership styles and a variety of individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet™, Salesforce™ and all Microsoft 365 applications.
- Have or obtain all appropriate UKG Certifications and maintain current on all UKG training.
- Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PMP a plus
