We’re seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead Automation & AI Integration Engineer to spearhead our intelligent automation initiatives. This role will be central to identifying automation opportunities, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring that all automation efforts align with our business objectives and AI‑centric identity.

The ideal candidate will possess a full-stack automation mindset, capable of integrating diverse technologies into cohesive solutions and managing the entire automation value chain—while championing rigorous data cleaning, governance, and discipline practices.

• Strategically identify and prioritize internal processes ripe for automation and AI integration. Design, develop, and implement innovative automation solutions utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), and AI agent technologies.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) into automation workflows to enhance intelligent decision support and predictive analytics.
• Lead the entire automation project lifecycle — from conception and design to deployment and continuous optimization — ensuring initiatives are aligned with Evi Smart’s strategic goals and AI‑first vision.
• Data Governance & Quality
• Champion and enforce best practices for data cleaning, governance, and discipline across all automation projects, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to understand needs, build tailored automation solutions, and deliver measurable operational impact.
• Stay at the forefront of advancements in automation, AI, and machine learning technologies, introducing new capabilities that elevate our automation maturity.

• Proven experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Strong background in Machine Learning (ML) for predictive analytics and intelligent decision support.
• Expertise in AI agent technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to integrate diverse technologies into cohesive automation solutions.
• Experience managing the entire automation value chain.
• Strong understanding of data cleaning, governance, and discipline practices.
