ERP Analyst

• Be trusted partner of the Finance, Sales and Operations units to choose and implement the right solutions that will support company growth strategy. Support our internal partners on their daily work.
• Define, manage, and execute future finance, sales or logistics related solutions deployments.
• Participate in project scoping with stakeholders across the business; gather and analyze business requirements within Net Suite ERP and third-party applications.
• Advocate for continuous improvement in our system of internal controls; develop, document and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure auditability and compliance.
• Provide administration and support of Net Suite ERP system and other related systems, includes process monitoring and improvement, end user training, problem resolution and ongoing support with high importance to SLA management.

You will be part of an A team, global team of experts, you will learn and develop expertise of the best ERP on the cloud solution. You will be the go-to person for our ERP solution and other financial tools.

• 2+ years’ experience with supporting a Net Suite environment in a company
• Good financial background
• Familiar with Salesforce, sales procedure and interfaces with Net Suite- big advantage
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience communicating technical information to non-technical staff.
• Demonstrated experience working both independently and in group project settings.
