About the RoleProcurify is an AI‑enhanced procurement and AP automation platform for the mid‑market. We make it easy for organizations to take control of spend and save money. We are seeking a pragmatic and customer‑obsessed Technical Success Engineer to join our team.
In this role you will act as a critical bridge between our Engineering organization, Go‑To‑Market teams, and external vendors. Your focus will be on the successful deployment and maintenance of punchout integrations that power our purchasing flows. You will triage incoming requests, manage direct communication with vendors, and remove technical hurdles to help customers purchase through their preferred suppliers.

What You’ll Be Working On- Supplier Integration & Punchout Management
- Own the Punchout Lifecycle: serve as the primary technical point of contact for implementing punchouts, coordinate directly with external vendors to obtain credentials, configure integration settings, and validate connectivity.
- Test & Implement: rigorously test connections to ensure data integrity and a seamless user experience before releasing integrations. Add and configure punchouts directly within the product.
- External Stakeholder Management: communicate with non‑technical and technical representatives to resolve credentialing or configuration blockers.
- Internal Collaboration & Support
- Triage & Prioritize: receive and triage integration requests from Customer Success and Sales. Assess technical requirements and prioritize work based on business impact and customer urgency.
- Technical Troubleshooting: operate as a Tier‑2 technical resource to diagnose and resolve complex configuration issues related to punchout workflows.
- Engineering Partnership: collaborate with the broader Engineering team to resolve issues or suggest architectural improvements for the punchout framework.
- Tooling & Automation
- Python Development: utilize Python to implement and test cXML punchouts configurations in the product.
- Documentation: create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for punchout workflows and vendor‑specific configurations to enable accurate knowledge transfer.
Punchout time‑to‑value, Ticket resolution time (MTTR).
Who We’re Looking For- 2+ years of experience in technical support, implementation engineering, or a similar customer‑facing technical role within SaaS.
- Python proficiency: experience reading, debugging, and working within established codebases.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable leading conversations with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Technical knowledge: understanding of web technologies and API concepts (REST, HTTP protocols). Familiarity with data formats such as cXML or JSON is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Empathetic & accountable: act with compassion, communicate effectively, and believe that team success is personal success.
- Maintains a professional and current Linked In profile; update upon joining Procurify.
