These platforms serve millions of users globally and are central to digital storytelling, content delivery, and fan engagement.Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails for backend services and Vue.js for frontend interfaces.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and content teams to deliver engaging and responsive user experiences.Build and integrate APIs for content delivery, user authentication, media streaming, and third-party services.Ensure SEO optimization, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated testing and deployment processes.Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed and scalability.Maintain documentation for code, architecture, and deployment workflows.Stay current with emerging web technologies and Disney’s digital standards.Support Team Leadership:Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs.Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test supportMentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical deliveryManaging services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs .Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely.
