Digital Marketing Consultant; Paid Social

SOCi, the leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Consultant (Paid Social) to act as a customer-facing expert across Meta Ads, SOCi’s Paid Social platform, and our innovative AI-driven Genius solutions. This role will provide hands-on strategic guidance to clients as they scale high-impact campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and adopt AI-enhanced marketing tools for the first time.

Serving as an expert in Meta advertising tools, this role supports the Professional Services team by providing deep strategic insights, innovative solutions, and technical guidance for paid social media campaigns, and the growth of SOCi’s premium services.

This role is responsible for end-to-end project management of large-scale Assist initiatives, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the customer’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities include resource coordination, timeline management, risk identification, and proactive issue resolution to drive successful outcomes.

Collaborating closely with Professional Services leadership and CSMs, this role plays a critical role in translating strategic plans into actionable deliverables. This position actively participates in cadence calls, provides expert consultation, proactively identifies growth opportunities, and introduces innovative solutions that drive business results. Additionally, this individual guides a team that is responsible for delivering customized, localized content to hundreds of locations, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall customer success and satisfaction.

SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $70,000 - $90,000 CAD base. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
