As a result of growth and investment in technology our enterprise client is looking to add a Training Analyst to support the training of a large group of end users.

As our client looks to scale Microsoft 365 Copilot across the business, we are looking for a Training Lead who’s passionate about AI, energized by innovation, and ready to help people thrive in a new era of productivity. As the Training Lead for the Copilot deployment, you’ll design and deliver a world-class onboarding and training experience that empowers teams to confidently adopt AI tools.

You’ll lead the development of scalable, role-specific learning journeys that reflect their culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous growth.

They have invested majorly in technology and have had an incredibly successful past few years, including a major strategic acquisition. They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a primarily on-site work environment with 4 days a week in office.

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

• 5+ years of experience in adult learning, instructional design, or training leadership roles.
• 3+ years of experience delivering adult learning programs or corporate training.
• Familiarity with M365 tools.
• Strong interest in technology, specifically AI would be a huge asset.
• Knowledge of modern digital learning tools, e-learning platforms, and communications strategies

This role pays between $45-55 per hour.
