Infrastructure Project Manager

Key Responsibilities- Technology Integration Planning and Execution:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive integration plans with critical path activities, dependencies, and milestones
- From a program perspective, collaborate with project resources to deliver technology integrations, including identity management, enterprise applications, Microsoft systems, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other technologies
- Establish and maintain program governance including steering committee updates and coordination, stakeholder management, and executive reporting
- Manage the integration budget including capital expenditures, operating costs, and resource allocation
- Prepare business case proposals for integration investment decisions
- Compliance &
Risk Management:- Identify and mitigate integration risks including change management, technical, operational, and compliance-related issues
- Ensure compliance with GDPR
- Manage legal and contractual obligations where assigned
- Develop contingency plans and business continuity approaches for critical migration activities
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the technology program’s primary point of contact globally
- Build and maintain relationships with leadership across both organizations to ensure alignment and decision‑making effectiveness
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support smooth technology transitions
- Coordinate cross‑functional project teams & stakeholders and manage internal/external resource assignments
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field;
Professional certifications such PMP are advantageous. - Experience with identity platform migrations including Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra , and single sign‑on implementations
- Excellent communication skills with business stakeholders and technical stakeholders with the ability to exercise strict confidentiality
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills in bringing together cross‑functional teams together for a common goal
- Demonstrated international experience
- Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines to meet quality, budget, timeline
- Problem solver and flexibility to pivot in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Project Manager – 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including enterprise application migrations/integrations within constrained timelines and budgets.
- IT Infrastructure expertise – 6+ years of experience project managing IT infrastructure related initiatives including Microsoft stack (Power Apps, Power Platform, SharePoint, Outlook, AD), Endpoint management, Network Hardware and Cybersecurity.
- 1 year of experience managing projects related to compliance and risk management practices such as GDPR requirements or similar (PIPEDA etc)
