Our client is a well-established downtown Vancouver law firm seeking an IT Manager to join its IT Division. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the entirety of their IT infrastructure, manage various projects, and align technology strategies with business objectives. You will lead the IT team by overseeing recruitment, training, and performance.

• Advise on a broad range of insurance coverage matters, including commercial property, liability, professional liability, and D&O.
• Stay updated with technology advancements and recommend, implement, and maintain appropriate software and systems to support the firm's operations.
• Monitor daily performance of IT systems, including computers, programs, and networks.
• Implement and monitor compliance measures to mitigate risks.
• Stay abreast of legal regulations and requirements relevant to the firm's operations.

• Minimum 10 years of related IT experience, with 5 years in a senior or management role.
• Ideally experience working within a law firm.
• Experience with VOIP systems.
• Experience with iManage.
• Experience with Elite.

• Base salary range of $110,000-$120,000, depending on experience.
