  • Oversee resource planning, workload balancing, and capability development to ensure flexible, scalable delivery capacity.
  • Drive operational excellence, including delivery methodologies, quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and guiding them toward successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Delivery, Solutions, and Account Leadership to ensure seamless transitions from sales to delivery and ongoing operational success.
  • Contribute to business and practice strategy by identifying trends, recommending improvements, and championing delivery innovation.
  • Maintain visibility into delivery performance and profitability, adjusting forecasts and actions to optimize engagements.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of consulting delivery leadership experience, with progressive leadership responsibility in managing teams and complex engagements.
  • Demonstrated success in leading delivery teams to achieve operational and strategic outcomes, including client satisfaction metrics, quality goals, and performance KPIs.
  • Strong experience with resource planning, delivery governance, and performance management in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Excellent people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and developing talent across multiple disciplines and levels.
  • Proven ability to drive operational improvements, implement best practices, and streamline delivery processes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a strong asset.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with delivery frameworks and methodologies (Agile, waterfall, hybrid) and tools that support quality, predictability, and efficiency.
  • Background in industry‑specific consulting or technology domains relevant to the practice area.
  • Experience working with global or distributed delivery teams.
  • Track record of contributing to organizational strategy and practice development.
Education and Certification

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) or professional certifications (PMP, ITIL, Agile/Scrum) are highly valued.
Benefits
  • Owner from day one, benefiting from collective success.
  • Access to career development programs, mentorship, and learning opportunities.
