Pay Rate: $28 - 33/hr CAD
Must-Haves- 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting coordination, specifically supporting remote teams or multi-national organizations.

Deep familiarity with North American hiring logistics, including time zone management. - Technical Expert:
Power-user status in modern ATS platforms and advanced scheduling tools (Greenhouse, Calendly). - Reliability:

Ability to communicate with speed, clarity, and empathy via Slack, maintaining a strong team connection across borders.
We are seeking a high-caliber Recruiting Coordinator to drive the engine of our North American Talent Acquisition team. This is a high-volume, execution-focused role designed for a logistics expert who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will be the glue that connects our recruiters in the US and Canada with top-tier talent, ensuring every moving piece of the hiring machine operates with surgical precision.
- Cross-Border Logistics:
Coordinate high-volume interview loops across all North American time zones (PST to EST). You will manage complex calendars for remote interviewers, ensuring no overlaps and seamless transitions. - Candidate Concierge:
Act as the primary point of contact for all candidates in the US and Canada, providing "white-glove" service and ensuring they are technologically prepared for virtual interviews. - ATS Data Mastery:
Support the integrity of our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse). You will manage the real-time movement of hundreds of candidates, ensuring data is pristine for recruiter reporting. - Hiring Team Partnership:
Serve as a dedicated support partner for remote hiring managers, senior leaders, recruiters troubleshooting scheduling conflicts in real-time and providing "live" support during high-pressure hiring days.
