A multidisciplinary natural-resource consulting group in Metro Vancouver seeks a Director of People & Culture to foster a people-first culture and align HR strategies with business goals. Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of HR experience including leadership roles, expertise in employment law, and a commitment to equity and inclusion. The position emphasizes collaboration with executives and the development of HR programs that enhance employee well-being and organizational performance.
This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary within the range of CA$ to CA$ annually.
