- Execute core benefits administration tasks with accuracy, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience
- Conduct audits and compliance checks to maintain data integrity and adherence to regulatory and internal standards
- Engage with key stakeholders including HR, Payroll, vendors, and employees to resolve complex issues and provide strategic recommendations
- Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and implementing best practices for benefits delivery
- Leverage Oracle HCM and vendor platforms to analyze plan performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhancements that ensure accurate integrations and streamlined event processing
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and ad hoc queries to support operational and strategic needs
- Collaborate on projects and enhancements that improve the employee experience and operational efficiency
- Document and refine standard operating procedures to reflect evolving processes and compliance requirements
- Experience in benefits or HR administration with a strong analytical mindset
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, Excel, and HR systems (Oracle HCM experience preferred)
- Ability to manage audits, ensure compliance, and recommend process improvements
- Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders and resolving complex issues
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
