About the RoleAs our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own recruitment end to end across multiple roles and locations, running your requisitions with the same discipline and urgency you would expect in a high performing agency environment, just with the depth, stability, and long term impact of an in house role.
You will act as a true talent advisor to hiring leaders, balancing speed and quality, building proactive pipelines, and continuously improving how we hire as the business grows.

- Own requisitions from intake through offer including job postings, outbound sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
- Run multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality, urgency, and professionalism
- Establish clear hiring cadence and expectations with stakeholders to keep processes moving
- Build and maintain active pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, and targeted searches
- Treat pipeline health as a leading indicator rather than something to fix after roles go stale
- Stay ahead of hiring needs so recruitment is never purely reactive
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by clarifying needs, challenging assumptions, and improving decision quality
- Use real market intelligence to guide compensation, profiles, and hiring timelines
- Elevate hiring standards while balancing speed, quality, and business impact
- Participate in monthly Indeed strategy calls alongside TA and hiring leaders across North America
- Benchmark posting performance, candidate flow, and funnel conversion against competitive markets
- Track and optimize key recruiting metrics including response rates, interview conversion, time to fill, and offer acceptance
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies and job ad performance using data rather than guesswork
