Castillo HR Consulting Inc. is looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position based in the Lower Mainland region. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to client sites (1–2 times per week).

The successful candidate will support a range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and policy administration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring consistent HR practices and supporting clients with day to day HR operations.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Provide HR support to employees and managers across multiple clients
  • Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Maintain HR files and ensure compliance with employment legislation
  • Support employee relations by responding to inquiries and concerns
  • Assist in performance review processes and policy updates
  • Coordinate training sessions and support internal HR projects
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with data tracking and metrics
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture across client sites
  • Assist the Payroll Specialist in ensuring payroll accuracy and timely processing
  • Support benefit administration, enrollments, and tracking eligibility
What You Will Bring
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a consulting or multi client environment
  • Working knowledge of the BC Employment Standards Act (ESA) and related legislation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field required
  • CHRP designation (or working toward it) preferred
  • Understanding of basic payroll processes and data accuracy requirements
