Position: Lobby Lounge Host - Full Time, Seasonal (March to September)
Company Description
As a Lobby Lounge Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the Lobby Lounge. With a warm and welcoming approach, you will ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and support the service team to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Deliver exceptional, personalized service aligned with luxury and MICHELIN Guide–recommended standardsCreate a welcoming and engaging guest experience by anticipating needs and building genuine connectionsManage reservations and the seating flow to ensure efficient serviceEscort guests to their tables and present menus when appropriateMaintain an accurate waitlist and communicate wait times clearly to guestsCoordinate with servers and leadership to ensure smooth service throughout the shiftAnswer guest inquiries regarding the menu, lounge offerings, and hotel amenitiesMonitor the dining room to ensure cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfactionAssist with special requests, celebrations, and guest preferences when possibleMaintain a polished and professional presence in accordance with hotel standardsSupport the Food & Beverage team to ensure a positive and memorable guest experienceOther duties assignedQualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Previous experience in a high-volume lounge, cocktail bar, or luxury hospitality environmentPrevious experience in a host or guest service role is an assetA confident, professional, and guest-focused approach to serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure and attention to detailStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredServing It Right certificationAdditional Information
