Position: Lobby Lounge Host - Full Time, Seasonal (March to September)

As a Lobby Lounge Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the Lobby Lounge. With a warm and welcoming approach, you will ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and support the service team to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience.

  • What you will be doing:

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service aligned with luxury and MICHELIN Guide–recommended standards
  • Create a welcoming and engaging guest experience by anticipating needs and building genuine connections
  • Manage reservations and the seating flow to ensure efficient service
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus when appropriate
  • Maintain an accurate waitlist and communicate wait times clearly to guests
  • Coordinate with servers and leadership to ensure smooth service throughout the shift
  • Answer guest inquiries regarding the menu, lounge offerings, and hotel amenities
  • Monitor the dining room to ensure cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction
  • Assist with special requests, celebrations, and guest preferences when possible
  • Maintain a polished and professional presence in accordance with hotel standards
  • Support the Food & Beverage team to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience

  • Qualifications

    Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume lounge, cocktail bar, or luxury hospitality environment
  • Previous experience in a host or guest service role is an asset
  • A confident, professional, and guest-focused approach to service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Serving It Right certification
