Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the Health Club, Ginger Juice Bar, Locker Rooms and back‑of‑house areas.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the Health Club, Pool and Ginger Juice Bar, per hotel policies.
- Interact with guests and residents, answering questions regarding fitness facilities, Orrin Spa, or the hotel.
- Administrative duties in health club including registration, inventories, and processing orders.
- Prepare headphones, fold towels, stock cabanas and pool areas, organize and disinfect gym equipment, and ensure cleanliness of the Health Club and Ginger Juice Bar.
- Ensure the Health Club and Locker Rooms are clean, organized and fully stocked with towels, literature and amenities.
- Monitor the Ginger Juice Bar, preparing beverages, maintaining inventory, and providing general cleaning and service of food/beverage both poolside and within the bar.
- Prepare coffee and smoothies as needed.
- Enter food & beverage orders in the hotel’s POS system, process payments and deliver orders.
- Replenish reception and fitness facility amenities including water station, cool towels, magazines and fresh fruit, while following all safety and sanitation policies.
- Ensure the Health Club area is clean, well‑maintained and well‑presented with amenities displayed to hotel standards.
- Communicate any guest feedback or facility deficiencies to management in a timely fashion.
- Answer telephone and in‑person inquiries.
- Take ownership for learning and following Health Club policies and procedures.
- Undertake other ad‑hoc work‑related responsibilities as required.
Hourly wage: $26.64 per hour.

Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of previous work experience in Housekeeping or as a Spa Attendant (preferred).
- Flexibility in schedule and availability on weekends & holidays is essential. Availability on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday is an asset.
- Valid Serving It Right and Food Safe Level 1 certifications are required.
- Previous experience in luxury hotels or spas is preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of general cleaning and sanitization protocols is required.
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury hotel standards of service is required.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
