We’re partnering with a leading hospitality group that manages some of the most iconic venues in Greater Vancouver. They’re looking for a Sales Manager – Events to lead and grow sales initiatives across their flagship properties, playing a key role in shaping commercial strategy and elevating guest experiences.
This is a strategic, high-impact role where you’ll blend sales leadership, business development, and creative offering design to maximize revenue and strengthen market presence.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow hospitality sales across group bookings, partnerships, and venue-driven experiences.
- Develop and execute creative strategies to drive year-round demand, including off-peak activations.
- Build strong relationships with planners, corporate partners, tourism operators, and local networks.
- Oversee and mentor a small but mighty sales team, setting clear targets and driving results.
- Design and package compelling hospitality offerings that meet a wide range of guest needs and occasions.
- Represent the brand at industry events and act as an ambassador for exceptional guest experience.
- Partner closely with marketing to drive visibility, promotions, and CRM initiatives.
- Use data and reporting to optimize sales performance and uncover new revenue opportunities.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of sales and team leadership experience in hospitality, tourism, events, or F&B.
- A proven track record of driving new business, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships.
- Strong understanding of seasonal tourism flows and how to maximize off-peak opportunities.
- Experience in venue sales or hospitality-driven environments is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence using CRM systems and leveraging data to inform decisions.
- A creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine passion for guest experience.
