This is a part-time (3-4 days a week leading to full time) on-site position located in Vancouver, BC, on Commercial Drive. The Medical Office Administrator will manage day-to-day administrative office operations, provide front-desk reception services, and ensure the efficient flow of patients through the clinic. Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments, handling phone inquiries, maintaining medical records, and supporting the general administrative needs of the medical team.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Medical Office operations, including managing records and handling patient information appropriately.
- Strong skills in Receptionist Duties, such as appointment scheduling and welcoming patients.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to support clinic operations effectively.
- Excellent communication and professional Phone Etiquette skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and organization.
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is an asset.
- Proficiency with clinic management software or scheduling tools is a plus.
