Position Summary

As a Medical Office Assistant at WELL Health Hemorrhoid Treatment Centres, you’ll play an essential role in supporting patient care and clinic operations. Working primarily in our Vancouver clinic—and occasionally in Surrey—you’ll collaborate closely with physicians and clinic staff to deliver a smooth and positive patient experience. This role also includes a few hours of virtual administrative work each week, allowing for flexibility.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and organized, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-focused service.

  • Escortpatientstoandfrom examroomsandcleanroomsbetweenappointments
  • Maintainaccurateandup-to-dateelectronicmedicalrecords
  • Answerphones,respondtoinquiries,andmanagecliniccorrespondenceandfaxes
  • Assistwithminorclinicaltasksandsupportphysiciansasneeded
  • Handlebillingtasksandsubmitinsuranceclaims
  • Ensureexam roomsandadministrativeareasareclean,stocked,and organized
  • Contributetoawelcoming,efficient,and patient-focusedclinicenvironment
You Have
  • Previousmedicalofficeexperience
  • Strongorganizationalandcommunicationskills
  • Abilitytocommutereliablybetween Surreyand Vancouver
  • Comfortworkingindependentlyandaspartofateam
