- Participate in community visits, workshops, field programs, and meetings across BC, including remote travel, building hands‑on experience in community‑based work.
- Help assess potential project impacts on Indigenous rights and interests and support development of mitigation and monitoring measures.
- Collaborate with senior Indigenous engagement practitioners, gaining exposure to strategy development, relationship‑building, and best practices in Indigenous participation.
- Contribute to proposals, reports, and internal initiatives that advance WSP’s Indigenous engagement practice.
- Support WSP’s Indigenous Relations team by helping maintain and strengthen relationships with Indigenous leadership, communities, groups, and businesses.

- Knowledge of an Indigenous language or lived Indigenous experience is considered a meaningful asset.
- Eager to grow – this role includes structured mentorship, support from senior advisors, and clear pathways into more senior Indigenous engagement roles over time.
