Our "big 4" client's International Tax Practice advises companies on a broad range of inbound and outbound tax issues, with the objective of assisting multinational corporations to minimize their worldwide tax positions. They provide a full range of services to help companies integrate tax planning into business strategy and comply with foreign tax and regulatory rules.

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will play a key role coordinating teams to provide excellent consultative solutions to our clients.

Key areas of focus include structuring of international and domestic transactions, offshore investment activities and repatriation strategies to minimize U.S. and foreign income taxes, design and implementation of cross-border tax strategies, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

• A professional designation (CMA, CA, LLB, CGA, MTax, CPA)
• Completed post In-Depth Tax course required, or currently enrolled
• At least two years of Corporate Tax experience, preferably with some experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and International Tax
• Strong commitment to client service
• Excellent team management skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated organization and analytical skills
