• Provide tax services to multinational corporations on inbound investments into Canada, including structuring advice and compliance services.
• Lead and manage cross-border tax projects, including advising on EIFEL, FAPI and surplus calculations, foreign reporting, withholding tax, and tax treaty interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian tax laws and regulations for clients with cross border activities.
• Identify and implement tax-efficient strategies for cross-border transactions and structuring.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal and finance teams.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior tax professionals.
• Stay current with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.

• CPA, CA, designation.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Canadian tax, with a focus on cross border taxation.
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian tax laws, and tax treaties.
• Experience managing complex tax projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
