Real Estate Analyst

Accounting & Finance Full Time Vancouver, BC $60,000 - $70,000 CAD per year

PATHhas been actively developing commercial, retail, and residential real estate since 2003, its principals have been leaders in the industry for over 35 years. We are looking for an eager and hard‑working individual to join the growing finance and asset management team in our downtown Vancouver head office.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will have the opportunity to participate in several facets of the business and work in a flexible and supportive environment. Collaborating with the development, accounting and executive teams, you will have a broad range of development, financial, and asset management responsibilities spanning across multiple asset classes. Specifically:

• Help create and maintain project proforma sand financial modelsto assist with acquisitions, development, and corporate decision making
• Provide analytical support for both debt and equity financing as required
• Assist with quarterly investor reporting, cashflowsand annual corporate business plans
• Working closely with property managers, create and maintain property information and monthly performance summaries for all income producing properties
• Prepare monthly meeting materials for the Finance and Accounting teams
• Support both the Director and Senior Financial Analyst with ad‑hoc analysis as required
• Other duties as required

• Passion for real estate and eagerness to learn
• Solid foundation of analytical skills, financial modeling, and Excel
• Undergraduate degree, preferably with a focus on real estate and/or finance
• Experience in real estate industry is considered an asset
• Must be organized, able to prioritize and multi‑task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
