We are looking for a hands on Accounting & Finance Lead to own financial operations and support business growth for our corporate owned, leading revenue franchise. You’ll manage month end close, billing, payroll, and reporting, while also contributing to cross-functional initiatives and a high performance, accountable team culture.

• Lead a premium client and caregiver experience by ensuring fast, easy, and professional processing of month end close, financial reporting, billing, and payroll operations.
• Manage billing, accounts payable/receivable, and ensure financial accuracy across all processes.
• Provide premium brand experiences when responding to payroll or billing queries from caregivers and clients.
• Collaborate across teams to improve processes and explore AI/automation solutions.
• Support a culture of reliability, trust, and high performance.
• Drive business growth by providing financial insights and the story behind the numbers.

• 3+ years accounting experience.
• Passion for continuous improvement and technology-driven finance.
• Strong relationship-building skills and accountability.
• Excited to contribute beyond traditional accounting responsibilities.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation preferred but not required if strong practical experience.
• Experience:
  
  3–5 years of hands‑on accounting experience, including month-end close, payroll, billing, and reporting.
• Proven track record of process improvement, automation, or system optimization.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and supporting leadership with financial insights.
• Experience with accounting software (Quick Books) and openness to learning AI/automation tools.
