Investment Banking Division - Senior Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Investmentbanking Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Investment Banking team. The selected candidate will work on investment banking projects such as comparable company analysis, newsletters, earnings summaries, financial analysis etc. Additionally, manage team allocation, quality checks, and training to ensure timely, error-free project execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Work on comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, earnings summaries, benchmarking and newsletters.

· Prepare pitch books, industry overviews, management biographies, brokers’ outlooks, share price performance, evolution of industry / peers’ valuation multiples, and possible buyer / seller opportunities.

· Handle responsibilities such as training and guiding junior and new analysts, maintaining efficiency, working independently on complex projects, and delivering error-free projects and client communications.

· Allocate projects to team members depending on their expertise and skills, resolve their project-related queries, and perform quality checks on client deliverables.

· Conduct on- and off-the-job training sessions for new hires and current team members

· Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner

· Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills

· Knowledge of database tools –Refinitiv Eikon, Capital IQ, Factiva, and Bloomberg

· Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to firms goals & mission

· Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working

Required Qualifications

· Post Graduation/ MBA in Finance domain/ CFA/CA

· 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking domain

· Strong Accounting and financial skills;
Good MS Office Skills

· Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
