Senior Financial Analyst –Mexico FP&A | Contract until June 2027 who we are

FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. Mexico FP&A leads store + Ecom sales, forecasts and manages overall Mexico business P&L. The Senior Financial Analyst will support retail, e-commerce and corporate SG&A planning, analyze variances at month-end close, and have P&L ownership over people costs across our channels. This role will partner closely with our Mexico business to set budgets, understand variances, and identify opportunities and risk. You will communicate impact and risk to key stakeholders across our Mexico business and internally within FP&A.
- Partner with various budget holders to support budget setting and variance analysis for Mexico P&L
- Work closely with Senior Manager, FP&A to ensure SG&A forecasting processes are continuously improved, including adopting new data visualization tools such as Power BI or Oracle Analytics Cloud
- Support business partners with new initiatives
- Liaise with procurement and budget holders to ensure cost efficiencies.
- Scenario planning and impact to P&L, including participating in cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc projects to provide financial analysis for decision support
- 6+ years of progressive finance, financial analysis, and reporting experience with fast-paced business environments.
- Retail industry experience is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar.
- CPA or MBA is an asset.
- Oracle EPM or large financial planning software knowledge and Power BI are assets
- Strong financial background, and expert knowledge of Excel is required.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Extremely organized, detail oriented and takes pride in quality.
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Fluency in Spanish is an asset

Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500–$122,300
