- Review and sign off on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, providing analysis and commentary to the Board.
- Manage corporate cash flow, working capital, and distribution planning, providing the board with monthly updates.
- Collaborate with Tax on efficient and accurate filings and payments, new initiatives or transactions.
- Partner with Treasury to design and administer effective cash controls and payment processes.
- Ensure accounting policies and procedures are efficient, controlled, and well‑defined.
- Lead the preparation, review, and delivery of financial statements for all investment funds.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Audit Committee and external auditors, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Oversee audits and maintain strong relationships with external audit partners.
- Oversee the administration of the loan servicing system, including evaluation of functionality and the implementation of upgrades or new systems.
- Ensure timely accounting and reporting of all loans and equity investments to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support investment teams with accurate financial data to inform lending and investment decisions.
The successful leader will have 15+ years’ experience in corporate accounting, with additional experience in fund accounting and/or loan administration. They will also have significant depth of experience in managing multiple accounting and finance teams, with the proven ability to mentor and develop people to build a high‑performing finance function. On offer is a competitive total rewards package, which includes a base salary range between $191,760 and $319,260, as well as health and retirement benefits.
