Our client, a growing and forward‑thinking public practice firm, is looking for a Tax Manager who is ready to take the next step in their tax career. Whether you’re an experienced Tax Manager or a strong Senior Tax Accountant ready for more responsibility, this role offers mentorship, advanced tax exposure, and a clear path to Senior Manager and beyond.

If you’re committed to completing the In‑Depth Tax Program, the firm will fully support and fund your education.

• Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
• Support senior staff and Partners on tax planning, tax provisions, and advisory engagements.
• Assist in developing tax planning strategies for private enterprise clients.
• Participate in reorganizations, estate and succession planning, and business acquisitions/dispositions.
• Conduct technical research and contribute to tax planning recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality tax service.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, learning‑focused team environment.

• CPA designation
• Strong Canadian tax experience within public practice 5+ years.
• In‑Depth Tax Course not required — but you must be committed to completing it (firm‑funded).
• Solid understanding of corporate and personal tax, with exposure to planning work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple engagements.
• A proactive, curious mindset and desire to grow into a senior leadership role.
