As a Financial Analyst, FP&A, you’ll play a key role in financial data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. Our client has experienced rapid growth and ownership transitions, leading to changes in its finance team and systems. With the budget recently completed, the focus now shifts to ongoing budget updates, quarterly ESG reporting, and streamlining financial processes. What You Will Be Doing:

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze financial data, build reports in Vena, and ensure data accuracy for decision-making

Month-End & Variance Analysis:
Support month-end close, conduct variance analysis, and identify process inefficiencies

Budgeting & ESG Reporting:
Assist in updating the budget and preparing quarterly ESG reports to meet compliance and stakeholder requirements

Process Improvements:
Work closely with the finance team to improve workflow efficiencies, particularly in financial reporting and month-end close

What We Need From You:

Proven experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and variance analysis

Proficiency in Vena (or similar FP&A software) and strong Excel skills for data structuring and analysis

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving finance environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Experience in private equity-backed or growth-stage companies is an asset
