Bloom is a full-service workplace design consultancy representing Huha on their search for a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. As Talent Advisors, we will be the liaison between our Huha and yourself during this recruitment process. About the RoleAs Huha’s Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as a critical strategic leader, bringing financial insight, operational rigor, and long-term vision to a company scaling at high speed. This is a pivotal role that requires both strategic perspective and hands‑on execution as we prepare for our next phase of growth.
You’ll partner closely with the Founder & CEO and the broader leadership team, taking full ownership of the finance function and shaping the financial strategy that will guide Huha through rapid expansion. This includes developing adaptive forecasting models that anticipate emerging opportunities and risks, building a robust and scalable financial infrastructure, and implementing the systems, processes, and controls that enable us to operate with clarity and confidence.
Your work will extend beyond traditional finance responsibilities; you’ll play a key role in evaluating growth initiatives, informing company‑wide planning, and translating complex financial data into actionable insights. You’ll ensure that our cash flow, compliance, margins, and profitability remain strong and healthy as the business accelerates, allowing us to move quickly without compromising discipline or stability.
The Opportunity- Drive Strategic Financial Planning & Growth Modeling:
- Own the development and execution of financial strategy and business planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing guidance to the CEO and leadership team to support key decisions.
- Collaborate and support with target setting in partnership with CEO & COO.
- Analyze new revenue opportunities & channels (e.g., retail expansion, international markets, collaborations, wholesale channels), owning cost, margin and ROI analyses.
- Evaluate capital expenditures, ROI scenarios, and pricing strategies to optimize unit economics and profitability.
- Overseeing the development and maintenance of long‑term strategic financial planning model, in partnership with the Strategy team.
- Leading the team to drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Serving as a key stakeholder in Financial & Business Planning workflows, providing feedback and insight into management of timelines and planning processes.

- Create procedures, controls, and systems to collect and provide the necessary financial data in accordance with company standard.
