Job DescriptionThis position involves creating and maintaining relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, families and business owners, delivering portfolio and financial planning advice, and collaborating with RBC partners to provide comprehensive client service.

- Leverage RBC Dominion Securities’ brand and reputation to build a high‑net‑worth client base and manage complex financial needs.
- Use RBC’s investment and wealth‑management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans.
- Foster trusted, multi‑generational, long‑term relationships with personalized service.
- Maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to support all aspects of clients’ finances.
- 4–6 years of outbound sales experience and comfort with 100% commission.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or enrollment prior to start date.
- Passion for financial planning and keen interest in portfolio management.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with ability to connect across diverse individuals.
- Experience in a direct marketing role with demonstrated success in high‑value sales and business development.
- Completed endorsements such as Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
