Job Open Coordinator, ERP Implementation

The Hoffman Agency is an integrated communications consultancy that solves business problems for tech companies, and while our heritage lies in earned media and PR, we increasingly execute “blended” campaigns that use content to tap into owned and paid media, as well as other digital modalities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Finance Coordinator to support the global CFO, based in Vancouver, in the rollout of our global ERP system. If you thrive in fast-paced agency environments and have a knack for transforming data into meaningful insights, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

This role will work closely with the ERP implementation team and regional Finance Directors across APAC, the U.S., and Europe to ensure smooth coordination, data consistency, and timely project delivery.

You will help align financial practices across regions, streamline reporting processes, and support the transition from Excel-based workflows to an integrated ERP environment.

Responsibilities Overview Project Coordination & Communication
  • Act as the main point of contact between headquarters and regional finance teams for project updates and data consolidation
  • Support the Global CFO, Regional Finance Directors, and ERP team by coordinating communications, meetings, and deliverables
  • Track project milestones, follow up on tasks, and identify potential risks or delays
  • Consolidate progress reports from regional teams and prepare summary updates for the Global CFO
ERP Implementation Support
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and user acceptance activities across markets
  • Assist in documenting financial workflows, data mapping, and reporting requirements
  • Support communication of project standards, timelines, and key updates to all regional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with regional teams to refine Excel-based workflows and assist in ERP system rollout and integration
  • Work with IT and operations to support process automation and system enhancements.
  • Help organize ERP adoption and training sessions for local market users
Financial Operations Alignment
  • Support regional Finance Directors in aligning accounting, reporting, and compliance processes with the new ERP system
  • Assist in reconciling data between legacy systems and the ERP platform during migration phases
  • Translate financial data and findings into clear, actionable insights for management
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, process updates, and change logs
  • Assist in preparing project dashboards, summaries, and reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; accounting designation preferred
  • 3–5 years of finance experience, ideally within an agency or services environment with regional or multi-entity exposure
  • Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and cross-border reconciliation
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with data visualization (e.g., Power BI) or workflow automation tools is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
  • Hands‑on and dependable team player who ensures smooth coordination and project follow‑through
  • Must have the legal right to work in Canada and the ability to work onsite in Vancouver as required

Our Finance Coordinator role is temporary position for 6 - 12 months, with the potential of leading to a full‑time opportunity.
