As a Collections Officer at Spring Financial, you’ll be instrumental in providing unparalleled customer service while managing the full cycle of debt collection. We’re looking for someone who can expertly navigate a high‑call volume environment, find unique solutions for each borrower, and effectively collect outstanding debts. You’ll utilize an in‑house CRM and an automated dialer system to prioritize outreach and execute departmental goals.

- Providing unparalleled customer service at every step of the interaction
- Finding and implementing the correct, unique solution for each borrower
- Collecting outstanding debts from current Spring Financial borrowers
- Prioritizing and scheduling outreach for full‑cycle collections
- Navigating an in‑house CRM at every aspect of the collections cycle
- Executing department deliverables with the use of an automated dialer system
- 3+ years collections experience in a consumer finance environment
- Ability to excel in a high‑call volume environment while managing a busy queue
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis
- Exceptional verbal communication skills (active listening and speaking clearly are requisites for success in the position)
- Aptitude for building rapport with customers
- Open‑mind for learning how to improve and adjust communication methods
- Tech‑savvy with a thirst for learning new programs and software
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000, reflective of experience and impact, plus bonus
